Information

"Seven Hills" race ("Семь Холмов") is a 10km (little more, about 10,8km) one-way race, start is near "Новоясеневская" (Novoyasenevskaya) underground station, finish is near our Parsec club "headquarters" not far from "Калужская" (Kaluzhskaya) station (both on orange line, bottom part of the map).

Race is open for everyone, from 5 years old to 80+. Award ceremonies for 3 best in absolute and age group categories (-5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+), men and women separately.

There is no entry fee, participation is free.

Race will start at 12:00 on Sunday (October 19), you can collect you bibs at Oct 15, 16, 17 from 4pm to 8pm, Oct 18 from 11am to 2pm in Parsec club (see map). To speed up bib delivery please register online at zareg.me. One person can receive bibs for himself, friends and all in team - there is no need for everyone to come in person.

At start you can drop your bag (with clothes) in special bus, and this bus will move to finish and you will get your bag after finish, without need to return to start point. No valuables in bag please.

Race course goes through park (map here), half way is asphalt, other half is "trails". In case of rain trail can contain mud.
